Associate Design & Production Manager
The Associate Design and Production Manager is responsible for project and production management for all CCA marketing and communications related projects; assists and reports to the Creative Services Manager; ensures brand consistency and cohesiveness across all visual brand expressions.
Assists the MarCom department in planning, developing and producing print and digital promotional materials for internal clients; initiates project by contacting clients to obtain project details (quantities, budget, due date, requested deliverables); creates and assigns tasks to staff members in project management tool (Asana); assigns and tracks client deadlines and follows up with them as needed; advises on best use of budget and resources for new projects; creates and maintains production schedules, specifications, and billing; makes mailing and distribution arrangements with clients and mail house; hires, manages, and coordinates payment for freelancers and temporary personnel as needed.

+Assists with scheduling, tracking and managing production of print and digital promotional materials for the Marketing and Communications Department on behalf of internal clients
+Assists in creating and assigning projects in Asana or Teamwork (project management software) to appropriate team members and generates schedules and tracking reports
+Initiates projects by contacting clients to obtain project details (quantities, budget, due date, requested deliverables) and follows up with them as needed
+Advises on best use of budget and resources for new projects
+Creates and maintains production schedules, specifications, and billing
+Works closely with and procures bids from vendors
+Makes mailing and distribution arrangements with clients and mail house
+Hires, manages, and coordinates payment for freelancers and temporary personnel as needed.
+Self-starter capable of working both independently and as a member of a team
+3-5 years experience working in an in-house marketing department, ad agency, design firm or similar experience
+Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
+Experience in print production and digital advertising production best practices
+Familiarity with production requirements and working with outside vendors, i.e. printers, exhibit/signage vendors, other firms/agencies
Permanent position / Benefits included
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, on-site in San Francisco
