UCDA MEMBERSHIP REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership Cancellation by UCDA
The University & College Designers Association reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in UCDA. If UCDA refuses a new or renewing membership, members will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant
Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund of the membership fee less $25 processing fee.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Cancellations received after the above-mentioned deadline will not be eligible for a refund. However, UCDA memberships are transferable.

All benefits received by the member must be cancelled/returned to UCDA.

All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment; or by check if that was the form of payment.

These above policies apply to all UCDA membership types unless otherwise noted in the corresponding membership materials. Please read all individual membership information thoroughly.

UCDA EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Event Cancellation by UCDA
UCDA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UCDA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

If the event is postponed under certain circumstances, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

At least four weeks before the program start date — attendee is eligible for a full refund less $25 processing fee.

Three weeks before the program start date — attendee is eligible for a receive 75% refund.

Two weeks before the program start date — attendee is eligible for a receive 50% refund.

Less than two weeks before the program start date — attendee is not be eligible for a refund.

"No-shows" — You will not receive a refund. Name changes and substitutions can be made anytime before the program start date via phone or email.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
